Canyon of the Eagles
big news for the new year
Guess what, park goers? Beginning Jan. 1, 2026, we will manage Canyon of the Eagles, a property owned by LCRA. But what does that mean for you? Well, here’s what to expect:
- The RV park, tent camping and day-use areas will remain open, as well as the 16 miles of multiuse trails. Non-motorized watercrafts will continue to be available for rent.
- The restaurant, meeting venues, boathouse, pool and guest rooms will not be available for use after Nov. 30.
- We plan to have a volunteer park host live onsite to assist visitors, promote safe use of the park and help maintain the property.
