Grab the gang and some yard games to go camp on the serene north shore of Lake Travis. Pitch your tent or rent one of ours for ease beneath our favorite Texas pecan trees. This park makes a good spot for a group campout, too.
Camp Creek Park is temporarily closed due to recent flooding impacts.
Late Friday, July 11, Travis County Judge Andy Brown closed Lake Travis to all recreational, commercial and navigational use of the waterways in Lake Travis. LCRA is advising anyone on the other Highland Lakes to avoid the lakes at night and to use extra caution during the day due to flood debris and elevated bacteria levels from recent flood. See the July 10 news release.
