Join us on Saturday, April 19 for The Great Gorda Hunt at Matagorda Bay Nature Park. Instead of hunting eggs in your backyard this year, why not try our park where the Colorado River meets the Gulf? Tell your friends and family because we know they'll want to come along.

The Great Gorda Hunt is a family-friendly event filled with outdoor fun to celebrate the arrival of spring. This inaugural event will begin at 10:30 a.m., where kids will participate in the ultimate egg hunt across the park to capture treasures and a chance to win the grand prize! Enjoy a variety of activities, such as axe throwing and mini golfing, or arts and crafts including egg dying and pottery. During the event, we'll be joined by the Easter Bunny for anyone looking to take their next family portrait.
