Morning Yoga

Ease into your day with a rejuvenating Vinyasa yoga flow designed to connect breath with movement. This class moves through a creative sequence of postures that can range from gentle and slow to energetic and energizing, offering options to suit a variety of experience levels and needs. 

Led by a YogaFit-certified instructor, this class offers a relaxing environment to encourage strength, mobility and mindfulness through continuous, fluid transitions between poses. All equipment is provided.
