Morning Pilates
Empower your morning with a mindful, full-body workout designed to build strength, flexibility and balance. This beginner-to-intermediate mat Pilates class offers a wide range of adaptability, allowing participants to find the right intensity for their own bodies. Movements focus on core strength and controlled motion, with options to use a mat or a chair for added support or challenge.
Led by a POP Pilates-certified instructor, this class is for those new to Pilates while still offering thoughtful progressions for more experienced participants. All equipment is provided.
